Purpose

The primary objectives are to validate curriculum structure and gather real-world feedback from active studio owners. This phase allows us to refine delivery, pricing, and positioning while simultaneously building case studies and testimonials to prove the program's efficacy.

What to expect

The program spans a 12-week duration from March 13 – June 5, 2026.

Weekly Rhythm: Each Friday at 3pm, a new module is released via an email from Shannon containing the weekly focus, assignments, and key implementation actions.

Implementation: From Weekend to Thursday, studios complete curriculum requirements and implement changes inside their business.

Live Support: Every Friday from 1–3pm, we hold a live group coaching call for real-time feedback, troubleshooting, and next steps.

Calendar of Key Dates

March 2–12: Onboarding and Studio Diagnostics, including the first 1:1 coaching call.

March 13 – April 3: Kick-off and Weeks 1–4 curriculum. Month 1 concludes with a survey and second 1:1 session.

April 10 – May 1: Weeks 4–8 curriculum. Month 2 concludes with a survey and third 1:1 session.

May 8 – June 5: Weeks 8–12 curriculum. Month 3 concludes with a survey and fourth 1:1 session.

June 5–10: Beta Data collection, including final results, testimonials, and case study interviews.

Style/Lineage

This initiative begins with a small beta group of studios, featuring one primary test cohort of selected studios. Additional applicants are invited at a low beta price point. All participation is formalized through a Beta Cohort Agreement between AYC + Shannon McCasland.
