The Path of Self-Discovery at Cadence Yoga Center is an opportunity to immerse yourself in your personal practice, begin to understand the layers of your true nature, experience improved well-being, find peace, and transform your life.
It is designed for those looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the practices of yoga and for those who are interested in becoming yoga instructors.
What to expect
At Cadence Yoga Center, trainees can expect a small class size, nurturing environment, and supportive faculty. The sessions will be a combination of lectures, in-depth discussion, personal inquiry, practice, self-reflection, and teaching practicum. Students will deepen their understanding of the Eight Limbed Path, develop the knowledge and skills to lead a safe and effective yoga class, and begin to discover their inner self.
Style/Lineage
Cadence Yoga Center embraces the Classical Eight-Limbed Path of Astanga Yoga, as outlined by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This path is a guideline for living a healthy, balanced, and harmonious lifestyle. We empower practitioners to commit to self-care and self-study, as well as the principles of acceptance, interconnectedness, and wholeness. We are an inclusive community, with a mission to dismantle the misconceptions about yoga and illuminate its multifaceted nature.
