Purpose
Radiant Soul School of Yoga guides each student on a transformative journey of mind, body, and spirit. Through trauma-informed, heart-centered teaching, we create a welcoming space where breath, movement, and community unite to heal, uplift, and empower all.
What to expect
Radiant Soul’s 200-hour certification combines flexible online and in-person learning with lifetime access to videos, audio, and transcripts, optional live office-hour sessions, and a full year of unlimited studio hours, culminating in West Virginia’s first trauma-informed teacher training credential. You’ll master 36 foundational poses, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques while exploring yoga’s history, philosophy, and ethics, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery that reconnects you with inner wisdom and fosters compassion, grace, and peace. Whether or not you intend to teach, the program builds confidence, communication skills, and the ability to hold space, enriching your relationships, career, and everyday life. In-depth alignment, anatomy, and breathwork training—paired with studies of the Eight Limbs and Yoga Sutras—deepens your personal practice and empowers you to embody yoga both on and off the mat.
Style/Lineage
At the heart of our trauma-informed yoga school lies the Bhakti lineage—a path of devotion and love that infuses every aspect of our teaching. By honoring ancient Bhakti principles, we create a nurturing environment where compassion and selfless service guide each movement, breath practice, and meditation. Our trauma-aware approach ensures that students can explore physical and emotional boundaries with confidence and care, while our commitment to inclusivity celebrates every body, background, and belief. This supportive community empowers learners not only to deepen their own practice but also to carry the light of their experience into their neighborhoods, relationships, and service endeavors—becoming forces of positive transformation in the world.
