Program Refund Policy

Refund requests made before the end of the first day of a training can be given in full minus any hard-costs and a $50 fee for the time spent on admin. After a student completes one full day of the training they can only receive a partial refund in the event of a major injury or medical emergency requiring them to leave the training. The amount of the partial refund is entirely up to the school. No refunds will be offered after someone completes the in-person portion of the training.
