Debra Stefan founded her yoga school Vegas Fitness Retreats on experience since 1971 with the Integral Yoga Institute of Los Angeles. Her programs blend classical yoga, Thai Yoga Stretching, and mindful movement to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and inner transformation.
