Bio
Adrienne is a long-time yoga and meditation practitioner and a respected teacher since 1993. Often referred to as a “teacher’s teacher,” she has created, led, and co-directed advanced teacher training programs and certifications for over 25 years. As one of a small group of senior teachers in the yoga community today, she has a keen ability to perceive each student’s needs and designs classes that are both physically challenging and spiritually fulfilling.
Adrienne is known for her graceful, knowledgeable, and accessible teaching style. She has developed customized programs for individuals and groups, addressing a wide range of specialized needs—including but not limited to: corporate wellness, seniors, children, teens, prenatal students, and those dealing with anxiety, headaches, insomnia, addiction, chronic illness, or other conditions.
She is widely recognized as an expert in the field and has been featured in major print and digital publications such as The New York Times, Elle, Shape, and Yoga Journal, offering insights on topics ranging from stress reduction and asana sequencing to meditation, spirituality, and class music curation.
Throughout her career, Adrienne has taught group and private classes, specialty workshops, and teacher trainings at renowned gyms and yoga studios, including SOUK, Chelsea Piers Fitness, Sacred Sounds, Soul Power, Sacred, Jivamukti, Be Yoga, and Crunch. She holds an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) designation with Yoga Alliance and served on the Board of Directors of Porchlight Wellness, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that provided yoga and meditation workshops to women who have experienced sexual assault and abuse, and Bent on Learning, an organization that brings yoga and mindfulness into New York City public schools during the school day.
