Hi! I teach yoga classes, workshops, and retreats on Cape Cod and around the world. I focus on vinyasa, with a special affinity for restorative, nidra, and mindfulness. My favorite part of teaching is when students fall in love with the practice and gain confidence in themselves.

Amy Littlefield is a yoga teacher and wellness leader, offering intentional experiences on Cape Cod and around the world. She began teaching in 2008, driven by a desire to share how a strong physical practice helped calm her busy mind. Since then, her offerings have evolved into a full mind-body-breath experience through her company, In The Flow. She encourages people to tap into their own strength and be present through thoughtful themes and creative sequences.
Amy has taught at and attended trainings, retreats, and festivals around the world - fulfilling her love of yoga, travel, and connection. From each experience, she has taken something unique, shaping her distinctive style today. She is an RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. She has completed a 300-hour training in Hatha and Tantra yoga, two 200-hour trainings in Power, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga, attended multiple workshops on the chakras, and is trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). She is also a certified leadership development coach and yoga teacher mentor. Helping people navigate change and grow into their purpose with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
