Hi, I’m Corinna Roth.

MY PHILOSOPHY: Take care of your body - you only have this one. Take a little time every day to breathe, release, strengthen und relax. 

MY VISION: Go online with me and care for you whenever and wherever it’s possible for you.

I’m a certified Pilates Teacher and Personal Trainer with a 600-hours-education, including Pilates Studio Equipment. I’ve been leading Pilates classes around Cologne 2013 until 2020. In 2021 I started leading Hatha Yoga, in 2022 I added Yin Yoga and since 2024 I've been using Jill Millers Yoga Tune Up® Methode.

In 2020 I realized my dream and founded my ONLINE YOGA & PILATES STUDIO. Since then I’m exclusively leading online classes, work online with private clients and companies and created 500+ videos for my students.  

My focus has always been on biomechanics and muscles, applying the moves of the exercises in daily life and motivate my clients to integrate a short daily training in everyday life. Teaching by using muscles and anatomy is what makes me happy! I love to help my clients to get to know their bodies inside out and feel comfortable and painfree. The Yoga Tune Up® Methode perfectly fits with my teaching approach. The Roll Model® Method and Body By Breath® are an excellent enrichment to empower my students to self care and well-being.
