Who this is for

This is a one-week small group retreat for those who wish to carve out time for themselves to write and reflect, immerse in nature and explore gentle ways of moving the body. This is appropriate for all levels, including beginners and not for anyone who is looking for a super intense yoga practice.

Sonia Azad has spent the last decade helping people to take charge of their mental, physical, and spiritual health. Her mission is to help you break free from fear, doubt, and routine— in order to embrace a more dynamic, fulfilling and balanced lifestyle. Sonia has more than 1,200 teaching hours and focuses her teaching in-person: at studios, corporate events & retreats. Her training spans the traditional yoga education spectrum, and as her practice and audiences have evolved, so have her yoga studies and offerings. She has completed additional trainings and coursework in: Yin yoga, Chinese Medicine, Neuroplasticity, Sound Healing, Body By Breath®️, Yoga Tune Up®️ & Reiki I.
