Who this is for
This is a one-week small group retreat for those who wish to carve out time for themselves to write and reflect, immerse in nature and explore gentle ways of moving the body. This is appropriate for all levels, including beginners and not for anyone who is looking for a super intense yoga practice.

This retreat will include daily:
1. Morning Meditation and Breathwork sessions

3. Afternoon Flow, Deep Stretch & Myofascial Release classes
4. Free Time to write, hike, kayak, visit nearby national parks and rest
