Purpose
This training builds in the 30 hour Philosophy and Theory training. At the end of this training, teachers will be able to skillfully lead pranayama, and apply the Chromatic Yoga Methodology of teaching yoga

A combination of practices, lectures, and practice teaching
Style/Lineage
This training follows Matt Giordano’s L.I.T. methodology, a systematic approach to help students reach their highest potential on and off the mat. It blends Hatha and Vinyasa postures, applied anatomy, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and philosophy into an integrated, modern-day yogi practice. The focus is on the integrated knowledge and the structure to properly embody it.
