Open to all practitioners in MetroWest Boston and beyond who are passionate about integrating vibrational healing into their practice. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or newly exploring the power of sound, this immersive experience offers tools for nervous system support, emotional regulation, and inner alignment. This gathering welcomes those looking to expand their sensory awareness, deepen their connection to sacred sound, and co-regulate in a supportive, heart-centered space.

This Sound Alchemy Workshop offers a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and promote energetic balance. Through guided sound meditation, breathwork, and sacred instruments, participants are invited to reconnect with their inner selves, cultivate mindfulness, and experience a sense of grounding, clarity, and renewal. Open to all levels, this workshop provides a safe and supportive space for healing, reflection, and community connection.

More information
Please bring a water bottle and dress in comfortable attire; layers are encouraged for warmth. Though this is not a yoga practice, there will be a small amount of movement to get you settled. You’ll also be invited to lie down for part of the session (Savasana). Yoga props will be provided, but please feel free to bring additional items to support your comfort. Participation in group activities is entirely optional; feel free to simply listen, observe, and receive in whatever way feels right for you. This space is inclusive, trauma-informed, and judgment-free. Please come as you are.
