Blending ceremonial cacao, breathwork, guided meditation, and vibrational sound, attendees will relax into a grounded space of reflection and heart-opening. Please bring a water bottle and dress in comfortable attire; layers are encouraged for warmth. Though this is not an active yoga class, you will be invited to engage in some gentle movement. You’ll also be invited to lie down for part of the session (Savasana). Participation in group activities is entirely optional; feel free to simply listen, observe, and receive in whatever way feels right for you. This space is inclusive, trauma-informed, and judgment-free. Please come as you are.
