More information

This course is offered on the heels of Megan's personal experience of taking responsibility for her own healing. As a yoga teacher and studio owner, she found herself at age 50 exhausted from useless chasing, avoidance, and over-scheduling her life. She returned to the ancient wisdom of yoga and the 8 Limbs helped her get out of her own way. She prays this course will help you along the path of discovering peace within too. Written submissions and reflections are required.
